OVERVIEW
Marc Jacobs International, powered by the creative genius of Marc Jacobs, seeks an HR Data Analyst to join the Human Resources team. This role is hybrid, but you must be able to report into the New York City (SoHo) headquarters.
Reporting to the Global Director of Compensation, Benefits and HR Operations, the HR Data Analyst will support the Human Resources team with all reporting and analysis to assist with tracking to team KPI’s, monitoring the state of the employee population on a local, national and global level and assist with maintaining compliance within the HR Operations function.

SALARY & BENEFITS
The compensation for this position ranges from $65,000 - $70,000 annually. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience. Marc Jacobs uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward all levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.

Reporting to the Global Director of Compensation, Benefits and HR Operations, the HR Data Analyst will support the Human Resources team with all reporting and analysis to assist with tracking to team KPI’s, monitoring the state of the employee population on a local, national and global level and assist with maintaining compliance within the HR Operations function.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the monthly headcount reporting process across the regions, compiling data, checking for inconsistencies and submitting timely to group level C&B for the Marc Jacobs global organization
- Manage the annual reporting process for the North American region
- Coordinate quarterly and monthly internal KPI reporting for the HR team and cross functional business partners (Finance, Retail Operations, etc)
- Manage annual participation in group lead salary surveys
- Support the Director of Compensation, Benefits and HR Operations with compensation benchmarking for the Retail population
- Administer the monthly and annual sales incentive calculation process for North American retail teams
- Support the administration of North American LVMH health and welfare and retirement benefits plans
- Assist in other HR operations projects as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, a related field or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years experience in HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits or a related field
- Strong proficiency in data analytics, reporting and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Experience with HR systems such as UKG, SAP Success Factors, ADP
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities at once
- Excellent attention to detail and focus on data accuracy and integrity
- Ability to apply discretion to sensitive situations and maintaining a high level of confidentiality
- Self-starter with natural curiosity and motivated to problem solve and troubleshoot
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
