OVERVIEW
Marc Jacobs International, powered by the creative genius of Marc Jacobs, seeks a Site Merchandising & Farfetch Coordinator to join the team based in its New York City (SoHo) headquarters.
Reporting to the Director of Site Merchandising, this person will assist in managing ecommerce merchandising strategies and act as the main point of contact between Marc Jacobs and Farfetch, including the different stock points in North America, APAC, EMEA, ensuring all parties are supported and have the information needed to maintain a fast-growing business on this platform.

SALARY & BENEFITS
The compensation for this position ranges from $65,000 - $70,000 annually. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience. Marc Jacobs uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward all levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.

Reporting to the Director of Site Merchandising, this person will assist in managing ecommerce merchandising strategies and act as the main point of contact between Marc Jacobs and Farfetch, including the different stock points in North America, APAC, EMEA, ensuring all parties are supported and have the information needed to maintain a fast-growing business on this platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Site Merchandising:
- Execute product merchandising strategies related to site navigation, layout and content.
- Manage the activation of all seasonal launches including SKU set up, copy uploads and cross -selling for US & JP sites
- Maintain sort order across PLPs following product launches, homepage refreshes and email communications
- Own the Ecommerce image tracker and creation of seasonal shot lists ensuring product is well represented online. Partner with Creative Services for pass off to photographers
- Analyze weekly product performance and seasonal hindsight reports for merchandising and commercial teams
- Manage weekly site clean ups based on inventory changes in partnership with Buying teams
- Compile weekly, monthly, and adhoc sales KPI reporting for company executive meetings
- Participate in biweekly FF business meetings with account managers to discuss commercial and operational KPIs and key business opportunities
- Manage the operational business and liaise with the different stock points to manage all sales from orders to returns and ensure timely order fulfillment to hit their incentivized targets.
- Manage the entire product life cycle of new seasonal products from creating to entering end of season markdowns
- Maintain product catalogue from new seasons and carryovers to ensure all geopricing, imagery, and copy are updated as needed
- Submit imagery for VPI production at the beginning of each season to ensure timely launches that align with our direct ecommerce business
- Coordinate with the MJ and FF marketing team to assist in organizing and launching seasonal marketing campaigns
- Manage samples for FF marketing shoots to ensure all items are available and delivered on time
- QA MJ products on the FF website to ensure all products are adhering to our local geopricing and associate products that have been created by other multi-brand boutiques
- 1-2 years of experience in the E-Commerce &/or digital space preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial personality with the ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Humble, passionate, driven and a team player
- Quick learner and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Analytics preferred
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud Experience preferred
