OVERVIEW
Marc Jacobs International, powered by the creative genius of Marc Jacobs, seeks a Site Merchandising Manager to join the team based in its New York City (SoHo) headquarters, reporting to the Senior Manager of Site Merchandising.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute site merchandising strategies across homepage, navigation, PLPs, PDPs, to support commercial objectives and enhance customer experience.
  • Manage the activation of seasonal launches, including product setup, categorization, copy management, and merchandising.
  • Analyze weekly business performance, identifying opportunities and risks across product categories, and conversion trends.
  • Manage product assortments and sort strategies across PLPs, ensuring products are optimally positioned based on inventory levels, product priorities, marketing initiatives, and performance data.
  • Own the Ecommerce image tracker and creation of seasonal shot lists ensuring product is well represented online. Partner with Creative Services for pass off to photographers
  • Partner closely with Merchandising, Buying, Creative Services, Marketing, and Ecommerce teams to support site updates
  • Manage and maintain ecommerce imagery workflows, partnering with Creative Services team
  • Leverage analytics tools to monitor site performance, search trends, customer engagement, and merchandising effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Monitor internal search performance, analyzing top and emerging search terms, and optimize keywords
  • Support personalization and product recommendation initiatives by partnering with third-party vendors
  • Analyze weekly product performance and seasonal hindsight reports for merchandising and commercial teams
  • Manage weekly site clean ups based on inventory changes in partnership with Buying teams
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4-5 years of experience in Digital/Ecom/Site Merchandising
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial personality with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Humble, passionate, driven and a team player
  • Quick learner and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Analytics
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud Experience preferred

SALARY & BENEFITS
The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000-$110,000 annually. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience. Marc Jacobs uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward all levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
